Manage a service center for events and conferences which provides technical support and labor services to over 4000 events a year on the Stanford Campus. Oversee a staff of thirty regular employees and up to fifty temporary personnel. Directly supervise the Labor Services supervisor, Production Manager, and the Office Manager.

Accomplishments.

• Increased Event and Labor Services annual revenues from 1.78 million dollars at year-end 1997 to 5 million dollars at year-end 2007.
• Succeeded in creating a dynamic staff able to deliver quality service even at peak periods.

Managed the Lively Arts Operations, including supervising the Ticket Office Manager, House Manager and Technical staff. Managed the university service center that is now Event and Labor Services until 1994 (That department moved to Facilities Operations in 1994.).
